Multiple-Choice Calculation

Multiple-Choice questions include those with one or multiple correct answer choices. For those with one correct answer, the test-taker will get one point for choosing the correct answer, and none for choosing an incorrect answer. For those with multiple correct answers, the test-taker receives partial credit if they chose some, but not all, of the correct answers. To calculate this, each of the correct selections adds 1 point, and each of the incorrect selections removes 1 point. Then, the difference is divided by the number of correct choices in the question's definition, and is annulled if it is less than zero. For example, suppose that a question has 8 choices, and only 4 are correct. The test-taker selects 3 correct choices and one incorrect choice. The result is (1+1+1-1)/4=0.5.
