What is an eSkill Test?

An eSkill test consists of Multiple Choice, True/False, Fill-in-the-Blank, Free Response, and/or Typing questions that assess candidates' knowledge of the skills they will need for the job. Through validation, we show that higher scores on our practical questions correspond with more experience in the different subject areas.

eSkill has an extensive set of tests addressing the IT domain, including Office applications, programming skills, hardware, networking, operating systems use and administration, basic computer knowledge, and database programming and administration. As an eSkill client, you have unlimited access to these subjects. You can select questions from these subjects or create your own questions that address the skills you need in your job candidates.

You can create your own questions using your content expertise and the eSkill Editor, then have them uploaded into your eSkill customer account. Only you will have access to any questions you create.

eSkill is continuously working to improve its knowledge base in order to provide you with the most up-to-date and comprehensive content possible.
