The Difference Between General & Custom Questions

As an eSkill customer, you have access to our extensive database of questions within our large subject library. These General Questions are the property of the eSkill Corporation and cannot be used outside of the eSkill online system without our permission.

Custom Questions are questions created by a customer within their test center or using the available eSkill Editor. These are the sole property of that customer, and will not be used outside of the authoring customer's account without the customer's written permission.

Important Note:

Once you've created custom questions for a test and have started to collect scores, it is inadvisable to make any major edits to the question's text, answer choices, or question type. Doing so will make scores pre- and post-edits no longer comparable, and score history reports inconsistent. Instead, you can make a copy of the original test, edit any questions as needed, and then save it as a new test for ongoing use.
