Administering Your Account

You can use the Account tab to access your account operations, configure your account panel, renew your subscription, or change your password.

The Account tab includes 3 pages:

• Change Password
• Configuration Panel
• Purchase/Renew

The Change Password page allows you modify your password. New passwords or modified passwords must respect the following requirements:

- have a minimum of 8 characters;

- include both letters and digits;

- be different from usernames.

All passwords will be encrypted with a new algorithm, and a new reset mechanism will be implemented, based on a validation link that is available for 24 hours.

You can check the "Remember my login on this computer" checkbox to avoid having to fill in your username and the password each time you log into your eSkill account.

Please note that your username and password will be saved only for the browser you are using. Using any other browser will require that you manually fill in the username and password in order to log in.

The Configuration Panel page allows you to view and configure the features included in your plan. This page contains the following sections.

• Configure Tests lets you create custom tests (multi-subject) by choosing from any of our 350 subjects, 3,400 topics, and tens of thousands of questions to test your skill requirements. Standard tests can also be edited and saved as custom tests.
• Global Score Notifications lets you manage a list of e-mail addresses to send score notifications to.
• Additional Fields allows you to ask your job candidates to provide additional information when they sign into their tests, such as their location, citizenship status, etc.
• Customizable E-mails lets you personalize the text of your assessment invitation e-mails by setting up and using your own e-mail templates.
• Global Score Notifications lets you manage a list of e-mail addresses to send score notifications to.
• API Integration fully integrates your test results and reports with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Learning Management System (LMS).
• Customized Branding allows you to personalize your testing screens by displaying your company logo in the header for your tests, and choose a color scheme that will better reflect your brand identity
• Editor Access opens the online tool that lets you create or upload your own proprietary questions, for use alone or within a customized eSkill test.
• Referral Program lets you sign up for a reward if you recommend us to your colleagues.
• Multi-user Access sets up multiple administrators who can create and give tests, or view scores and reports, at the same time.
• White Label customizes your testing experience so that only your company name and logo appearing on assessment, results, and administrative screens, and no mention of eSkill appears.

The Purchase/Renew page allows you to easily renew or upgrade your current plan.
